Response time to questions

Dear Riderz, 

A little reminder about the emails you send us. We generally answer within 24 hours, if you have not had any return from us after 48 hours it is necessarily that there was a problem, either we did not receive your message, or our answer does not reach you (check your spam or that your mailbox is not full).

We currently have a few people with full mailboxes who are not receiving our responses and we have no way to contact them.
I invite you to also leave a phone number when you send us an email so that we can call you back if needed.
