[Maj 15.02.2020] Good news! Our stock has left England and should be delivered on Wednesday according to the tracking! So at the latest an actual delivery probably on Thursday! If this is the case, pre-orders will be shipped on Friday 21 February.

[Update 11.02.2020] Our stock has still not arrived and is still stuck in England. Our manufacturer is trying Our manufacturer is trying to get more information about the customs release time, we hope to know a bit more at the end of the week. We sincerely ask you to forgive us for this delay which irritates us as much as you do. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Many of you are eagerly awaiting the delivery of your GyroRideRz gloves with integrated wrist guards 2.0, so here is some news about availability.

The first part of our stock is on its way and should hopefully be delivered this weekend. 

The second part of the stock should be shipped tomorrow or the day after for a reception around February 15/17.

If all goes well, the first shipments will be made next week, however 2 things can potentially generate some delays in the forecasts below: 

1. The carrier that should be delivering to us is DPD and this one is currently going through England, but our manufacturer told us that DPD is currently a victim of the Brexit and is suffering from the English customs slowing down the treatment of parcels to Europe .

2. The processing of parcels by French customs can be a long process at times, we have anticipated this and sent the necessary documents beforehand, but we never really know how long it will take to process the files.

We are looking forward to sending you your orders and we hope that there will be no (or not too many) delays in delivery, but we hope that you will be understanding and not hold us responsible if any delays occur beyond our control.
